Lip blushing is a form of cosmetic tattooing often referred to as semi-permanent makeup that is done by a trained technician using pigment to enhance the colour and shape of your lips and give the impression of more fullness. This is done by depositing coloured ink into your lips and along your lip line to improve the overall look.

An areola tattoo is cosmetic procedure that is done on the area of the breast or chest where an areola is found. The idea of areola ink is that it alters the appearance of the nipple in some way, be it adding one or changing the shape.

An areola tattoo gives the illusion of a 3D nipple and areola, creates a single or double areola for breast cancer patients, helps conceal scaring around the areola, improves areola symmetry, enhances natural colour, improves the appearance of the breast and helps to restore confidence.

Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP) is an advanced method of pigmentation. Although it is similar to a tattoo it has many unique features that make it different. When performed by a skilled professional, SMP is designed to resemble the look of a traditional buzz cut or to fill in any areas of the scalp that have lost hair and are patchy. SMP can be done on a full scalp or on more localised areas. It can build the appearance of density for thinning hair or literally exchange a bald head with the look of a shaved one.

Multiple sessions are required to get the desired look and can vary between 2-5 hours each session depending on the size of the area being treated.

Saline tattoo

removal

$150 per hour

Saline removal is a non-laser option to tattoo removal. We tattoo a highly concentrated amount of solution into the skin which is then removed externally instead of internally. This allows the pigment particles to be released from a scar rather than to be excreted through the human waste system. Multiple sessions may be required.

This method can not be used to remove permanent body tattoo's.

touch ups

$175.00

Touch-up sessions are required for all cosmetic tattoo procedures. This aging/fading process is universal. Every person retains their colour differently. In general touch ups are required 4-6 weeks after the first appointment once everything is healed. There are many factors that affect the healed result. One of the most important is how the clients body will react to/absorb the pigment. Often the artist will not go to bold or to dark for the first procedure to see how it heals then will do the details to complete the work at you touch-up session. Please think of the touch-up as "THE PERFECTING SESSION"

about me.

My name's Bec and I’m a double certified Cosmetic and Paramedical Tattoo Artist at CosMedInk'd where we offer a wide range of procedures at affordable prices.

A little bit about me - I started training as a Permanent Makeup Artist after I had children, as I could no longer pursue my career managing restaurants because my husband worked away. I had loved the customer service aspect of managing as I was able to make peoples day with great meals and service.

I needed something to again inspire me and make me want to go to work each day. That’s when I came upon the world of Cosmetic and Paramedical Tattooing. I'd always been good at art and had perfected makeup to the point where I was often asked to do other peoples for balls, weddings and other special occasions, so it seemed the perfect fit for me.

I studied hard and perfected my art and now I again get to make peoples day and sometimes literally change peoples lives with what I am able to do for them. I absolutely love all aspects of what I do, it’s so rewarding and I don’t even look at it as work, I love going to work everyday and transforming people with my art.
